why did you cancel my preauthorized payments

I get an email saying the preauthorized payment setup was cancelled and now I am 2 months behind in my invoice. WHY did you do this? Who gave you authorization to do this?

Maybe your card expired? Maybe there was a bug in the system?

Did you recieve the email 2 months ago and never saw it or recieve it today and realized it has been this way for 2 months?

Looks like there were 3 unsuccessful attempts made since Jan. to take payment from the old card, Anubis. After the 3rd try it was removed from your account since it wasn't a valid option.

As much as I hate admitting that I made a mistake this was my fault. Thank you all those that responded to my request. This has been resolved.
