Why can't I signin after changing my password


I am so annoyed with Koodo self service right now.  My cheap piece of crap phone which is a Galaxy Grand Prime has been giving me nothing but grief for the past 6 weeks now.  I have been patient in trying to get by with it.  Now it will not call out, msg, or even charge up after being on a charger for more than 24 hrs.  It normally only takes like 2hrs at the most to charge my phone however now it's gone totally stupid.  This is my only way of communication.  what do I do now.  I have been trying to get on the Koodo self serve site with only having to continuously change my password.  I am so frustrated and pissed right now it isn't even funny.  HELP!!!

I see that you were able to log in today Pamela.  Have you checked your phone in the past for some special offers for new phones? That's how we shared some of our promotions with you. 

Just a quick heads up, there is an outstanding amount on your account and since you mentioned this is the only way of communication it doesn't get cut off.

My service on my phone is suspended.  I went to the kiosk at Brantford Lynden Park Mall.  The guy that was there offered me to send it back to get fixed but then realized that it was suspended.  I am very annoyed that I can't pay my bill instantly and get a new one.  I was also looking for an add on for my sister in law.
This below was told to me by msg.

I would like to check my bill on Self Serve, but my password keeps getting rejected, even after I "successfully" set a new one - I have tried this several times. Any ideas?

Just a rookie mistake - my email field autopopulated itself and it contained a comma (rather than a period) between shaw and ca, which was the result of a typo I made some time ago 🙂
