I am so annoyed with Koodo self service right now. My cheap piece of crap phone which is a Galaxy Grand Prime has been giving me nothing but grief for the past 6 weeks now. I have been patient in trying to get by with it. Now it will not call out, msg, or even charge up after being on a charger for more than 24 hrs. It normally only takes like 2hrs at the most to charge my phone however now it's gone totally stupid. This is my only way of communication. what do I do now. I have been trying to get on the Koodo self serve site with only having to continuously change my password. I am so frustrated and pissed right now it isn't even funny. HELP!!!
