why can't I login on to my Self-Serve account on my phone

I haven't been able to login on my phone's self service site but I am able to login on the full site. When I try logging in on my phone it say incorrect username/password.

Make sure you're choosing the correct self-serve link. If you pay a bill every month, click the monthly self-serve. If you're on prepaid, click prepaid self-serve. Also make sure you're using a compatible browser; Internet Explorer 8 or FireFox 3 or higher
Try retyping your password again,when logging in, in the app. Mine will usually screw up after i'very tried to login when I had no connection.
