Why can't I add my suite number when I try to change my address


Koodo self serve won't save my suite number when I try to change my address in self serve. I even went to the kiosk at the mall and she tried several times and couldn't figure it out. I need to order a new phone, but it's not going to get to me without my suite. I tried entering it in several formats, but when I get to the confirmation page, it just shows my street number sans suite. What's happening???
