Who Do I Contact About Discrepancy on My Bill?


My first bill arrived with two discrepancies.

One, my Tab payment shows as being credited to the monthly bill so the Tab balance didn't reduce.
Two I was charged for retrieving a voice mail.

Is there an email address for me to write to?

Chad, there was a financial charge. I understand it used minutes, but am unclear why I was charged for one of the message retrievals.

Yes, retrieving messages uses minutes but I only used about 35 of 500 minutes so I'm curious why there's a charge of 50 cents on one of the message retrievals. There's not on any others. If its something I did I'd like to know. ☺️

Norm, as Chad mentioned it retrieving voicemail does use your minutes. Also, looking at your bill I do see 2 adjustments that were both applied to your current tab.

When you say you were charged for the retrieval, do you mean it used minutes or there was a financial charge? Calling into your voice mail does use minutes.
