Where is my validation email? Can't sign up on self-serve without it.

Check your spam folders too. Sometimes it winds up there.

Thanks, but not there either.  When I follow their suggestion to go to self-serve and enter details, it doesn't recognize me.  Even said I forgot password, doesn't recognize me.  Try to register, doesn't recognize me. So frustrating!

Hello Joanne.

Did you receive at least one e-mail from Koodo? Maybe the rep at the store mistypes your address which is why you didn't receive the e-mail?

@ Joanne What name is the account under? I tried to locate yours with the email address you used here but found nothing. Maybe the issue why the email validation link hasn't arrived?
Bernard - all fixed now.  I called Koodo.  Didn't realize they gave me a temporary phone # on the top of my agreement.  They hadn't sent me a validation email.  Now I'm all set up and # from previous provider is ported over.  Yeah!

Thanks for the info! Glad to hear all is well, though you still should have received a validation email despite porting your number over unless the rep set you up for your self serve account in the store with a temp password.
