where do you log in for the new refer a friend

now that refer a friend has changed - after I have logged into my self-serve account - where do you find the refer-a-friend link?

[list...The accounts are linked to self serve. Beforehand, your self serve account and refer a friend account could have been two separate things, now they are linked.
As for the page, it loaded fine for me. Try clearing your cache or use a different web browser. I loaded it successfully via Chrome.

cleared the cache and getting this error msg now:

[list...tried again, and now when i try to log in, it takes me to the regular koodo self-serve page....
