the problem is, the link will not work for me. It says the server took too long to respond. I have dropped my phone several times and thought it had survived. Now it will not charge when I hook up the USB cord. I need to make a claim because I can't really live without the phone. Please direct me where I can go. Also, and this is important, because you need a credit card to pay for it, can I use a TD Canada Trust Direct Debit Visa card?
