I'm unable to deal with a very big problem with account management as I cannot reach customer service. The Koodo Kiosk told me that the things I need to discuss must be through the Koodo Support line and cannot be online or at the kiosk, but I cannot seem to get through. The website says you are open at am today but the message says you are closed. I tried to call yesterday as well and was on hold so long I finally had to give up. This is somewhat urgent and I need to speak with a rep asap.
