When are you going to fix the Self Serve app so that it shows a bill payment?


When are they going to fix the app so that it shows that your bill is paid when it has been (mine has been paid since March 18 and this is April 18), Please fix it, Fred

As far as we are aware, there is no issue with the app at all. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Have you checked Self Serve on a computer to confirm the payment shows there? If it doesn't show in the full site then there is a chance the payment did not go through.

Goto manage applications and clear the app data from the koodo app.
1- I check my Self Serve every day and yes it shows that I have Paid my bill on March 18.' 2-I have cleared all the app data and no change, 3-I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it , and no change it still shows that the bill has not been paid. So NO the app is still not fixed. When I brought this up before I was told they where having a problem in the bill area of the app.
