what is with this phone?


like why is all these minutes used up and thought we had a booster and cant log in to account on line why is there a human being I can talk to?!

Hi Sundance,

1) If you don't renew your base plan one time then your boosters will be void and you will have to re-purchase them. They run until you use them all, or you do not renew your base plan (or the funds in your account are lacking to renew your base plan).

2) Human beings are there so you can talk to because most people enjoy the fact that they can call *611 from their Koodo phones and talk to someone who can help them resolve these kids of issues over the phone 🙂

Hi Mathieu, boosters won't be void right away. They can't be used if the base plan is inactive but they are not lost though. As soon as the base is activated again (within 90 days), they can be used again 🙂 Thank you!
