what happened to my money?


hey so I used a prepaid visa to pay my koodo bill, I did this last Thursday and on my account it still shows that I owe, so I called the visa company and thwy said it went through and was approved , thats 90 dollars of my money that I dont know where it is, I set up for payments to come off my account but I was told to pay manually the firat time I did that and my bill is due tommorow , I cant afford to have koodo take money out of my account I thought if I paid it it would go through and it hasnt and I cant shut off the instant payments , what do I do?
