Went over data even though I had set limits. I thought it was impossible. . .help!


I have an Android phone, have set data to warn me at intervals and have set the limit to block me from going over. It went over a small amount and added $10 to last month's bill.

While built-in data counters can be a great tool to monitor the usage, you should use the data counter in your Self Serve as the correct measure of your usage.

I suggest setting your block at something a bit less than your actual allowance to accommodate any discrepancies so that you don't get billed by going over your allowance a bit.
I check my self serve as well and it is less than what my phone says

I reccommend that you use the data trackers and interval blockers on self serve rather than on your cell phone. If your self serve is set up right and you still go over. KOODO will be forced to re imburse.

Do you have the data nlocl on the phone set to your billing cycle correctly (start and end dates)
