I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo and live in Victoria, BC. Last night I was woken up by two text messages from Koodo: the first welcoming me to the USA, warning me that although incoming texts were free, I would be charged roaming rates for sending; and the second offering me info on roaming packages. These arrived at 1:25 a.m. Clearly I wasn't in the USA, and neither was my phone, which was charging on my bedside table. Was this a mistake or some random techno-glitch? Should I be concerned?
