Webstore S7 Edge - Is it on backorder?


I ordered an S7 edge on the 19th and got a confirmation minutes after, now it is the 23rd. My friend had gotten the phone a couple weeks ago and she explained to it was shipped the day after, does this mean the phone is on backorder? I tried emailing the webstore@koodomobile.com but no luck.
