Webpage Unavailable

Almost every time I try to use the new I get a "OOops, webpage unavailable" message and assess to an app I need for my job is the reason I have the phone. I have called customer service twice and been given two different fixes, neither of which worked. Anyone else having this trouble?

Are you talking about the koodo app on your phone? It works fine for me. Once in a while I get an eroor message but loggin in and out normally solves that.

Never have any trouble. Make sure to use the newest version of Firefox or Internet Explorer and clear cache, history and cookies within your browser. Also make sure your browser is set to accept cookies
Your login is setup as a manager and not the account owner. You'll need to call customer service so they can fix it from their end.
