The phone works great. I bought it (payed full price for the phone) at a Koodo kiosk (boxed, sealed etc) However I decided to register it on the Samsung website. It wouldn't register the serial #. I did a live chat with Samsung rep. She said the phone's warranty has expired and to call warranty support. I realize this is an older model phone but was sort of uptight that I just bought it yesterday and this happens. Anyways the rep said they would register the warranty(she asked where it was bought, serial # etc) but to make sure I keep the receipt and a copy of it, in case it had to be sent in. They updated the website and she said the phone may have not registered because of that too. By next week it should be registered on the Samsung website. I doubt I will have problems but if so... If it needed repair, does Koodo send it to Samsung? Or does Koodo have it's own technicians? I'm concerned because of the warranty glitch. Should I contact Koodo customer service to let them know or would they contact Samsung?
