Warranty earphones galaxy s8


So I bought the cellphone 2 weeks ago and now the earphones are not working. I'm a normal user I barely use the earphones but I don't want to expend more money buying another ones. I want to know if they have warranty or something like that

To make a claim for any accessories in the box, you would have to contact Samsung.

Accessories are also covered under the warranty so you can definitely get them replaced.

Usually unless it's Apple Koodo says you should contact them first, but they could very well just end up forwarding you to Samsung.
