Warranty coverage

What is covered under the warranty for phones? I have had mine since April and the charging port and charger are both broken. Is it covered under the warranty or no?

If it is a mechanical failure, it should be covered, Samii 🙂 Sounds like it is in your case, so I'd definitely try to claim warranty!

Which device are you using? If there is no "physical damage" (i.e. the phone wasn't dropped, no water damage, etc), the phone should be covered by the warranty. Depending on the manufacturer, the charger may or may not be covered under warranty.

The warranty may not cover the charging ports according to the description on Koodo's warranty page. However I would still go to koodo and try to make a warranty claim http://help.koodomobile.com/getting-started-with-koodo/before-you-purchase/what-is-your-warranty-and-repair-policy
