Waiting for my credit to be applied to my account /since May

What credit?
In may I travelled to the states and had ordered the three day u. s. add on. UT my phone didn't work at all. Talked to a report a day he said pay my bill including the add on and a credit will be applied. Paid but didn't receive my credit

Hello Gale Are you sure you didn't receive your credit? If you are then the only option is to call and see what went wrong. Likely they will have made a mistake or maybe you missed your refund. Good luck
