voicemail not working.

Hi. i just changed my phone number 2 days ago because i moved to a new city and now i cant access my voicemail from my previous number nor can i create a new voicemail for my new number, please help me for it is of great importance that i have my voice mail operational. thank you.

Hi Kevin, You may need to contact Koodo directly to reset your voicemail, give them a call at 611 and they'll be able to sort it for you 🙂

Hi, Kevin First off, make sure that your phone's voicemail is actually turned on. In Dialer, tap Menu/Settings/Call Settings/Voicemail/Setup, and make sure the correct number is there. After, open the Dialer app, tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings>Voicemail, and make sure the Sound is set to a tone that you like:) However, if you have an apple device, try these steps. Restart your iPhone. Check for a carrier settings update. Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS. Make sure that your voicemail is set up. You can check this by dialing your phone number from your iPhone. Make sure that you have a good cellular network connection. You can check this by tying to make an outgoing call. Call your iPhone from another phone and try to leave yourself a voicemail. Reset your network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Reset your voicemail password. If you insert a new SIM card, you might lose the visual voicemails that are saved on your iPhone. If it still doesn't work after, please notify:) Hope this helps:)
