Voicemail is not allowing me to put in a pass word

What do you mean, not letting you? Is it telling you that the password is incorrect, or not asking at all?

Please provide more info so we can help you.

If it's not asking at all, then you disabled the password when calling from your phone.

If it's asking for a password but not displaying the keypad, that's a phone setting, not a voicemail one.
