Once your mobile number is ringing, you may have to wait for the pre-recorded voicemail message to start before the * (star) key will do the appropriate interrupt to request your password.

These instructions should work if you dial +1 first
- From a landline or another mobile phone, dial your area code plus your phone number, press the * key, enter your password, and follow the prompts.
