US roaming not working.


I texted 10ALL on Aug 6 and received confirmation but data does not work. I can't tell if phone works or if I am paying by minute. I've turned phone off and on and checked all settings. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Is data and data roaming both turned on? Is everything else working, just not data?

Hello Bruce,

If you log in into self-serve do you see extra charges? If you do then the roaming package doesn't work...
Texting and calls are working but they would anyway whether I added the service or not, just at the per transaction/call rates. I checked and the transaction history shows the service being activated. Data is turned on in the phone. It's just not working. Not sure what the issue is. There are enough hotspots around so I expect I'll be ok. Troubling though should I have really needed access. Thanks for taking the time to respond and make suggestions.

Do you have data ROAMING turned on?
Now that's a good question. I wasn't aware of such an option. I found it and turned it on which should solve the problem. Many thanks!
