Paid $30 for data while visiting the US and have no data or internet access. I'd like my $30 back please.

What did you attempt to do when it didn't work? Are you still in the US? If you don't want to bother and just want the moment rebated, billing disputes must be handled with a customer support Rep, so you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter in order to get it sorted it out.
