Unverifiable account


When I log into my prepaid account it tells me my email is unverified and I click the link for it to send me the verification email, but the email never comes. I've had the account for years and I never needed to verify after the initial set up before, now all of a sudden I do, and it won't let me.

If it was working for years and sopped working all of a sudden, it could be system hiccup.
try clearing your browser's cache, cookies and history then try again.
If it doesn't work, call Koodo *611 from your phone and option 6 for tech support.
