unregistered network?

I am having issues with my phone having an un registered network. And I can't get through to the koodo customer service via using a different phone. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hey Trina, The issue is now fixed. You should remove/reinsert the SIM card as well as the battery (if applicable) : it refreshes the phone system. If no change, give a call to our techs by dialing 1-866-995-6636 (option #6) from a land line.
