How long has it been since you switched? Reading into the error code it appears to be a thing called a "translation table issue" that can happen and it requires Koodo to update it to have the ported number added to their system, and necessities calling customer support to open a ticket. There's not much I could find searching for it besides that.

Also have you tried pulling out your sim, retarting your phone, toggling network/airplane mode etc etc?
I unlocked my phone 3 days ago and just signed up for koodo yesterday, I have tried everything you suggested with no luck, I just called customer service they sent a ticket over to some other technical support people but they won't respond till tomorrow. I'm also thinking its a porting issue ...guess we will see tomorrow ..thx 🙂

It can take 24 hrs for the system to fully complete a port on either koodo or Rogers side. The systems have to update the main phone servers as to what to do with incomming calls. I do believe koodo systems update at midnight.

As this is now after midnight, I think you should see that everything works fine now.

I'm glad that it's working now! Sometimes it takes a little longer than usual but in the end it should work out fine.
