Unblocking Phone from Koodo


Installed new Fido Sim card in my Galaxy S5, and my phone asked for a Network Unlock Pin (I assume because it was still locked to Koodo). After three unsuccessful attempts, my phone now says "Device is Blocked. Please enter the master unlock code". How can I unlock my phone?

Well this might be a lot more tricky now after the unsuccessful attempts.

However the only way to unlock would be to contact Koodo.  My suggestion would be to send them a private message via facebook or twitter.  They should reply back within a few days.

Or you can try to call but wait times would be very high and after 2 hours of waiting, it hangs up on you

I have been waiting for over a week for a response to a Facebook message  goodluck trying to get an answer that way

To be fair, it was Christmas time.  Try sending another message in case your message was marked as resolved by mistake

I've never had the issue but I've heard you need to contact Samsung when you get permanently locked out like that.
