Unable to use data

Just added data plan to my existing koodo phone. Samsung Galaxy S6. I removed data block from my account and turned on mobile data on phone. Still won't work.

Have you checked if your phone APN was set correctly as per this? https://www.koodomobile.com/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone
Yes everything there looks as it should be. I have given up and will cancel the data plan.

I would suggest you test the SIM in another phone and see if the problem was the phone or the SIM/plan. Was your phone from Koodo originally?

You could also contact Koodo directly and see if your data block was actually removed. You could send message to their facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo or setup a callback through their digital assistant www.koodo.com/chat
Yes it is from Koodo. That is good advice, I will give it a try. Thanks.

Make sure data is not off on the phone as well
