unable to register sim card or login to self serve

i lost my phone so  im trying to activate new sim card , with a  different phone. i do have an  existing koodoo account.  BUT when i tryed to activate by self serve just said invalid sim ...please help

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?

Can you elaborate more about “trying to activate new SIM card”? What did you do? Did you try to switch SIM in self-serve? or you opened a new line?
