Unable to log into self serve


I'm a new customer to Koodo and was registering for self serve account.  that went through without any issues.  I'm trying to log into the self serve to check my tab and to make sure everything on my account is correct.  But I can't get into it.  

I used chorme and it said too may redirects.
tried IE 11, stuck on login
Tried Firefix, same message as Chrome
Tried Edge browser, same message as Chrome

Tried it at home, at work, on my Rogers LTE....all the same

I have to say I'm not impressed with Koodo at this moment.  if the first day I'm running into a problem with a simple self service site, what else could go wrong.

Its been happening alot lately. Seems like its only new customers having login/setup issues. Give them a call or use self serve to email them and let them know. Also you can download the app and try that. << try this first

Yeah I had the exact same issue. My resolution was calling in. The agent I got was very helpful. Deleted my first few attempts to set it up and get in. Set it up for me and emailed me the confirmation. Took him about 2 minutes to resolve. Also didn't charge me for calling as its part of account activation/set up.
