turn onphone


please turn on phone as i was able to unlock the phone through bell so can re connect the phone please. now

If you suspended your service because the phone was lost/stolen, you should be able to restore service by logging into your Self Serve account. Here are the details from Koodo Assist:



Just click on "Reactivate my phone" and then select "I found my phone" at this link (login needed):

Can you give more details? Do you not have a working phone line without Koodo? Did you ask to shut it down or something?
Yes as the phone was Lockerbie as I am new to look I got the old phone unlocked last night so now the aIM card from looks works so he phone can be reactivated

Unless you cancelled your line it shouldn't have been deactivated. If you created a new line you should be able to put the sim in and have service. What happens when you put your sim card in?

To confirm, did you cancel your account or leave it active after getting a new line with Koodo?
New SiM card in old phone.Was locked but is now unlock.Was out on as lost But needs to be reactivated.all is working but phonecalls
Just suspended it after getting new line
It is active still already paid for 1st month

Ah ok. You'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call 611 to get the suspension lifted.
