trying to setup an account


trying to setup an account and it tells me its already linked. tried logging in and it tells me I need to confirm my email address. That was already done, since the link in the email tells me so..

Not with koodo but with another provider. The thing is I got my first bill already and would like to be able to have look at the details.

I think that might be why it's giving you this error. You will need to contact Koodo in order to solve your problem.
