Trying to port my number through self serve but I keep getting "Missing Required Field" despite having all the information! Help!


Just recently signed up with Koodo and want to port my number from my old provider. However, self serve keeps saying "Missing Required Field", this is with my number, name, account number, account pin, equipment serial number (imei), and authorization all being put in... However, I do not have a title or a generation so I have left those empty.

Am I missing something? I have been trying for the past few days without any success. And it says my number is eligible to be ported.

Yes! I'm still using it until I get it ported in.

I would call Koodo *611 from your Koodo phone. option 6 for technical support.
(or keep pressing 0 to get a rep)
Hours of operation (Eastern Standard Time):
Monday − Friday: 9am - 9pm
Saturday/Sunday: 9am - 7pm

Tell them you have been trying through self serve for a few days, but it keep saying "Missing Required Field".   They will help you port your number.
