Just recently signed up with Koodo and want to port my number from my old provider. However, self serve keeps saying "Missing Required Field", this is with my number, name, account number, account pin, equipment serial number (imei), and authorization all being put in... However, I do not have a title or a generation so I have left those empty.
Am I missing something? I have been trying for the past few days without any success. And it says my number is eligible to be ported.
