Trying to contact customer service by *611 and line doesn't connect any ideas?

Look at the plethora of posts on this page, and you'll see not much can be done. Your options are to try again, or to ask your question here if it's non-retention related, or see if another provider offers the plan you're after.
Wait until after the new promos expire. Apparently, you cannot talk to a Koodo rep at all right now and it's rare anyone is actually getting through.
