Trying to change my number everytime i put my phone number in self serve it say acciunt not founf

Getting pretty fn pissed had this number for awhile yet it's not known koodo you suck I wouldn't recommend your services to no one

If you're logged into self serve, there shouldn't be an issue changing it if you type in the number correctly. If you have been doing that and it's still giving you an error, try clearing your cache/cookies first or use self serve on a different browser. Failing that, you might want to try calling in to them. 1-866-995-6636 to see what the problem is. You won't have to pay any fees since it's an error message you're encountering. I'm sorry to disagree with you that Koodos's service sucks because any issues I've had with Self Serve are cleared up by customer service. Good luck.
