I've been trying to cancel the device protection for about three days, both online and via the self serve app on my Galaxy S7. Each time I try I get an error message that says to refresh the page or try again later, which I've done. I've tried on two different computers, and two different browsers (Chrome and IE), and same message. Oddly enough it will let me add a new one, but not cancel this one. Any thoughts? Am I going to have to go to a Koodo kiosk to cancel?
