Trying to add data booster to my boyfriend's phone and it's not working I have money on our card


Trying to add data booster to my boyfriend's phone and it's not working I have money on our card keeps saying can't verify my information and I just called about it they said they fixed it and I would be able to add money again but it's not working once again

Try to use different browser.
I can't use Chrome for my prepaid account, so I'm using Edge for it and no issue with it.

I found out why it wasn't working it's cause they said I tried to many times and my account for purchasing anything was locked I'm so upset with all this stupid stuff

Did they tell you how long you have to wait until it becomes unlocked?
They said I have like 10 days ugh

It's locked for 10 days!?!?!
That's what I was told that I was able to use my card after like 7- 10 days

Yeah it kinda sucks.  Hopefully next time it wont be this much of an issue
