Trouble with plan upgrade with data


Today I switched to a 500 mb data plan for $40 and I've reset my phone a couple times now and I still don't have 500mb of data any help? Thanks

So I switched my plan to 500 mb and the 500mb is not on my phone yet it's still 50 mb
