Trouble with mobile network.


mobile network disconnected. I've been with koodo for a while with a previous phone which I destroyed. Now I've got my SIM card in another phone, and I decided to get data with my phone upgrade. My new phone can't connect to the internet except via wifi, and I can't figure out why. I've rebooted, taken the SIM card out and put it back etc, but to no avail. Do I need to register the phone or something? Calls and texts work just fine. Phone is an HTC one V

There are a few possible reasons as to why data might not be working. Firstly, this HTC one V, is it originally from Koodo or did you get it from another provider? You might need to set up Koodo's APN. http://help.koodomobile.com/plans-add-ons-data-and-other-services/data-basics/how-do-i-setup-data-on-my-non-koodo-phone Also make sure in your Add-ons in Self Serve that you don't have a data block.
