So im trying to get my galaxy s4 (that i got on a tab) unlocked using the koodo self serve website , but for some reason whenever i try to unlock the phone it says "Just a heads up! We're unable to retrieve an unlock code or programming instructions for your Koodo phone. Your account has not been charged an Unlock Fee. If you have questions, please call Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or *611 from your Koodo phone." I always pay my bills on time, i haven't received anything from koodo telling my account is behind. sometimes my bills have been big (i.e 150, so i may break up the bill into two payments based on my paychecks but they aren't late.) . I still have a negative tab balance though(but im planning on paying the entire balance off in a few weeks) How can i get my phone unlocked officially by koodo , also can i get an unlock code from the Koodo kiosk (its on my way to the gym)?
