transaction not processed

i recently tried topping up my account using the linked bank account i have with my koodo account and i got a  notification  saying that the transaction wasnt processed. But I look at my bank account and it shows that I was charged for this. What do i do?

Wait 24 hours an see if the bank has updated their record. When you make a payment such as this, your bank enters a preauthorization, in similar fashion as some gas stations, and hotels. You, of course, need to sort things out so your bill gets paid as well!
