I paid 57.50 for top up and it’s on my credit card statement, why does my data not work? I need to speak to someone please, your self serve doesn’t work.

Did you also apply the data top up to your account? It is a two step process; first apply the funds, then select the add-ons you want to buy.

You can check this by logging in and seeing if your account balance is currently showing the balance that you put in. If so, just choose what you want!
