To cancel a plan

Hey , I have an account with 4 mobiles and numbers on it (family one actually ) if I'm thinking about canceling one, will I have to pay the whole tab remaining of this one I'm canceling or it can be added to the other tabs I have?

Hi there, When you cancel out a line on your account you are required to pay off the remaining tab balance and the remaining month of service. The tab is not transferable unfortunately. Hope that helps answer your questions

If you want to port your number to another service provider, make sure you don't cancel first. In order for a port to be possible, the account needs to be active. Once you port, your service with Koodo for this associated number will automatically be cancelled and as per Daniel's response, you'll need to pay the tab balance and remaining month of service.
