Three different lines (and plans) but can only change one of them per month? That seems silly. Why is this?


A customer should be able to change plans on their phone. In my case I have three lines (plans) and I changed one to save money. I went to change another and was given the message that I could not change plans more than once a month. This seems very dubious as I should be able to change the plans of the other plans as well. Why is this? Thanks to responders.

If I recall, you have to go into your account, and scroll to the bottom of the plan change page to change the phone line you wish to change, and then go back to the top (or reload the page) and implement the changes. So just make sure you have chosen the phone line you want to make changes, before you attempt to make the changes.
Right now the system thinks you want to make changes to the phone you have already adjusted.
