I JUST got my Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) in the mail today from Koodo. And all the phone calls I've made, I can barely hear the person on the other line (it's basically very quiet). I tried speaker, same thing. I tried to adjust the sound on settings, no luck either! Updated the software, nada! When I listen to music, it sounds perfect, as well as the ring tones. I don't know what to do. I can only hear the other line when I put the headphones in.
