Tomorrow morning call Koodo and explain that you've been incorrectly setup for self serve. They'll fix it for you. Free
I had the exact same problem, only way to get your access back is to call in & have them reset your self serve account. *611 is a free call on ANY Koodo phone

Hours (Eastern Standard Time):
Monday − Friday: 9am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm
