Had an issue with my txting. called and talked to Marco at technical support; who did his best to help me but could not resolve my issue, he reported my issue to engineering and promised to personally call me back next day. In less than 2 hours; I received a phone call from Michael who was able to completely fix the problem. They both were very professional, knowledgeable and committed to satisfy the customers. I was surprised by the promptness and quality of service. Thank you Marco and Michael.
