Texts not being received

Help. My texts to one person are not sending. All threads deleted. Tried turning off phone and rebooting. Have Moto G. All I get is a red triangle with a white ! mark. Always worked before. Just started a few days ago.

What carrier is your friend with? Do you have any other friends with said carrier? Any issues sending to them?
Aliant I believe. I have no issues with any one else, and never had an issue with this person until a few days ago. Been texting for years . We have talked and can not figure out the problem.
